DUI SERVICES

A DUI (driving under the influence) and a DWI (driving while intoxicated) are both felony charges against a person that has been operating a vehicle while drunk or impaired. The exact differences between DUI and DWI charges vary from state to state. For the State of Maryland, the DWI is considered a lesser charge. However, they are both serious charges as the person is deemed to have put themselves and others in danger while driving. Individuals receiving a DUI or DWI charge are often mandated to participate in DUI education programs in the aftermath.

PUSH Health and Wellness, LLC offers a state-approved DUI/DWI education program in Wicomico County. Individuals participate in a six-week course, after which they can enroll in additional aftercare services with PUSH Health and Wellness, LLC. In order to avoid delays in treatment, the enrollment for the DUI education program is on-going. Individuals can enroll and begin at any time. Additionally, the program only requires two hours every week
so individuals can continue to work and live their normal lives. At the conclusion of the course program participants will receive a certificate of completion.
